UD Mekar Sari and Bina Sejahtera group get many problems produce for example : 1) Oven Processing use the rolling machine which relative modestly with small capacity. 2)Packing product which manual still by hand and use the candle to gum the plastic packer. 3)Mixturing flavour still in manual so that less flatten. Planning and making two machine sangrai semi automatically so that result got more amount and better compared to with the appliance use conventional machine and also give the knowledge of appliance and knowledge about working safety and operation of product quality in its bearing with the applying of briny machine sangrai semi automatically. Devotion activity started from technical scheme and appliance making machine, then activity in field executed at 09 November 2013 for the recognition of appliance demonstration and also working safety recognition. Activity in desa Baluk, kabupaten Jembrana followed by 16 competitor people from various partisipant for example group member of Bina Sejahtera, team of devotion executor, student of Mechanical Enginering Departement of University Udayana, some proxy from local society.
