The strong support of tourism sector in Denpasar is implicating on the wide working chance, so that the condition becomes an appeal for the comers to choose Denpasar as a direction in order to try to increase its socio-economic condition. The enter of comers gives a positive effect on the problem of filling the vacancy on the kind of jobs, which started to be left by local society. But, it also effects on the improvement of population density in Denpasar, and bigger ethnic heterogeneity. The difference of the socio-cultural background between the comers and the local society will give an effect on the integration process of the comers in the destination. Therefore, study is needed. The aim of this study was (1) to comprehend the mobility process between migrants and movers from East Java to Denpasar, (2) to find out the integrity level (interpersonal, social and cultural) on the local society between the migrants and the movers. This study used triangulation approach that was a survey, depth interview, and observation methods. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, in which sample was taken purposively. The determined total sample was of 130 respondents. The analysis techniques used in analyzing the data were t-test and Mann-Whitney Test. The result of the study showed that: (1) the decision making to stay for migrants was cumulative process, they did several movement stages before to arrive at the decision of stay. On the other hand, different with mover, which most of them are one-stage migrants; there was a direct movement from their origin to the destination. In the decision making of mobility, the departure and the adaptation in the first time of the new area, for migrant, seemed that the role of the family was big. This is different from movers. Then, the person, who have dominant role was friends from origin; (2) the integration between the comers and the local citizen in the destination showed that the migrants had a higher integrity level (interpersonal, social, and culture) than the movers.
