Land use is one of the essential resources data in space arrangement and area development planning. Accuracy of the land use mapping need to be examined before being used widely. The objective of the research is to know accuracy of Landsat TM digital image analysis for land use. Land use mapping used multispectral classification of Landsat TM image through supervised classification method with maximum likelihood algorithm, and calculation of the land use mapping accuracy used error matrix. The result of the study shows that overall accuracy of the land use mapping was 83.56% higher than the minimum limit of accuracy level acceptable (80%)
