The existence of Subak is very important since most of the rural community in Bali included in the system and earn from agricultural sector. In the recent years, the system of Subak seemed to be neglected. Tri Hita Karana and Subak philosophy are not applied anymore when industrial culture exists, many people come to Bali and agricultural land converted to tourism industry. The aim of this study is to evaluate the implementation and sustainability of Tri Hita Karana concept value at Subak, using Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method and inverse matrix to analysis the data input. Two subak areas were selected purposely in Gianyar Regency representing tourism and agricultural activities respectively. The result of study found that Tri Hita Karana values are still implemented and sustained. In tourism area, Subak Juwuk Manis has 82.52% transfer capability, while at Subak Temesi, in agriculture area, only has 78.83% of it. This indicates that tourism activities do not give any negative impact on the sustainability of Tri Hita Karana values.
