Abstract

ABSTRACT
Harmony and togetherness are universal truth from Tri Hita Karana (THK) that should implemented in all sectors including tourism business in Bali in Salak Sibetan Agrotourism. The aim of management THK concept is to reduce of possible conflicts in order to sustain its existence. The aim of this research is to find out how far the implementation of THK in Salak Sibetan Agrotourism.
Result of analysis shows that the THK implementation in Salak Sibetan Agrotourism is not good enough achieving only 14.85%. Several elements of THK concept including gatra parhyangan, pawongan and palemahan have not been implemented optimally. These include the use of religious symbol and sacred objects as tourism attraction, daily ritual obligator, appreciation to farmers who have good performance and inadequate infrastructure and location to stand Sibetan handicrafts.
It needs government policy of THK implementation for aspects in agrotourism business, implementation of THK concept into all agrotourism business and finds out solution from THK implementation elements to increase the THK concept in Salak Sibetan Agrotourism.
