Abstract

ABSTRAK
One of the areas of law that we can see is the criminal justice itself, already known and begin implementation of a system known as the Integreted Criminal Justice System. In the implementation of criminal justice, there is a legal term that can embrace the ideals of criminal justice, namely the “ due process of law “ which in Indonesian can be translated into a legal process that is fair or decent. Starting from these two systems in criminal justice system is the reference for the implementation of a trial is fair and as expected by the public. As for the sub - system of the criminal justice system, namely police, prosecutors, courts and prisons are expected to cooperate and to form a “ Integreted Criminal Justice System “. Alignment and linkages between sub- systems with each other is a chain in a single unit. Where in any matter within one sub- system, will have an impact on other subsystems so that in this case will cause a reaction as a result of an error in one sub- system will have an impact back on the sub system other. The integration between subsystems that can be obtained when each subsystem makes his criminal policy as a guide,
