Abstract

ABSTRACT
Legal protection of the creations ogoh - ogoh based, Law Number 28 of
2014 concerning copyrights, against the backdrop of the absence of a special
arrangement of the works of art ogoh – ogoh. How raises the issue regarding the
form of legal protection of copyright works ogoh - ogoh based, Law Number 28 of
2014 on copyright and How attempts to give copyright protection to works of ogoh -
ogoh. Normative research method was also used. Forms of legal protection against
work of authorship ogoh - ogoh are generally contained in Act Number 28 of 2014 on
Copyright and the efforts of legal protection of works of art ogoh - ogoh as works of
art can be done in two ways : the protection of preventive law and legal protection
repressive

ABSTRAK
Perlindungan hukum terhadap hasil karya cipta ogoh-ogoh berdasarkan
undang-undang nomor 28 tahun 2014 tentang hak cipta, dilatarbelakangi dari tidak
adanya pengaturan khusus mengenai hasil karya seni ogoh-ogoh. Mengangkat
permasalahan mengenai Bagaimana bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap hasil karya
cipta ogoh-ogoh berdasarkan undang-undang nomor 28 tahun 2014 tentang hak cipta
dan Bagaimana upaya untuk memberikan perlindungan terhadap hasil karya cipta
ogoh-ogoh. Digunakannya metode penelitian normatif. Bentuk perlindungan hukum
terhadap hasil karya cipta ogoh-ogoh secara umum dimuat dalam Undang-Undang
Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta dan Upaya perlindungan hukum terhadap
karya seni ogoh-ogoh sebagai hasil karya seni dapat dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu
perlindungan hukum preventif dan perlindungan hukum represif
